Ukraine-Russia Assets Deal
MHP S.A. (LSE:MHPC), one of the leading agro-industrial companies in Ukraine, focusing on the production of poultry and cultivation of grain, today announces that yesterday on 08 June, 2015, it finalized an agreement to swap its grain growing assets «VoronezhAgro» in Voronezh region in the Russian Federation, with «Agrocultura» in Lviv, Ternopil and Ivano-Frankivsk regions, Ukraine.
