2017, the Company has transferred its registered office from 5, rue Guillaume Kroll, L-1882
Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, to Cyprus (“the Transfer”) in accordance with
Article 8 of the Council Regulation (EC) No 2157/2001 of October 8, 2001 on the Statute for a
