MHP S.A. today announces that (i) the conditions to the Company’s previously announced cash tender offer, are expected to be satisfied or waived prior to the Payment Date, (ii) holders of U.S.$245,200,000 aggregate principal amount of the Company’s outstanding U.S.$750,000,000 8.25% Notes due 2 April 2020.
